Delivery

Selected items on our eShop are upscale furniture, made to order. The time is a bit longer than on traditional online shops.
Our main goal is to minimize your waiting time and provide you Design, functional, ergonomic models with high quality in 2-10 weeks from confirmation of the order.
Estimate delivery time is indicated on each product page.

For the delivery, you can choose:
-By your own: you can pick up the parcels directly to our Warehouse when the goods are ready.
-By Home 1: our partner carrier delivers your parcel to your door or at the entrance of your building. An appointment is make under 24H in a slot confirmed the day before.
-By Home 2: Premium shipping,the delivery is made by two people and in the room of your choice at home. This option also includes unpacking your parcel and recovery of packaging. Making appointment is within 24 hours in a 2 hours time slot confirmed the day before. This option is obliged for big or heavy parcels -higher than 70kg for parcels and large sofa.

After checkout, you will receive a confirmation email indicating the timeout before delivery.
You can also directly access the status of your order by logging into your account and "My orders".
